Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer digital subscriptions for the UdalFit app (e.g., Consult and Elite tiers). Because UdalFit provides access to digital content, AI analysis, and human coaching, our policies vary based on where you purchased the subscription.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to your premium features until that term expires.

• Google Play Store: Open the Google Play app -> Profile -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> Select UdalFit -> Cancel.
• Apple App Store: Open iPhone Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Select UdalFit -> Cancel.
• Website/Razorpay: Manage your subscription directly from the "Billing" section within the UdalFit app.

2. Refunds

Due to the immediate access nature of our digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by consumer law.

• App Store Purchases: UdalFit cannot process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must request a refund directly from Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• Web Purchases (Razorpay/Stripe): We do not offer refunds or credits for partial-month subscription periods or unused coaching services.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features you paid for, please contact our support team immediately at support@udalfit.com. We will work to resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, provide a credit.
